The Amuse Bouche Culinary Scholarship was established in 2020 by Kevin and Diane Klein. During the COVID-19 pandemic, many restaurants and employees suffered heavy losses. These establishments are vital to our communities and state as they serve many patrons for a place to gather, celebrate, mourn and connect. This scholarship was born to encourage the trade of cooking amazing food to keep our community and people connected, in good times and in bad.
