Description

The Aon Professorship Endowment was established by the Aon Foundation in 2017 to provide funding for a stipend to a faculty member in the Peter J. Tobin College of Business, School of Risk Management, Insurance, and Actuarial Science. Additionally, the fund may cover expenses related to the Professorship, including either one course reduction per year or stipends, equipment, research, travel, and related expenses, and for no purposes other than those relating to the professorship. The Professorship shall be selected by the Chair of the Department of Risk Management, Insurance and Actuarial Science, with approval by the Dean of the Peter J. Tobin College of Business and the Provost. Ordinarily, the recipient shall hold the professorship for a three year term and be eligible for reappointment.
