Description

The Bartoo/Moshinsky Scholarship supports graduating seniors from Forest Grove High School who plan to pursue a career in education, with a focus on elementary or secondary teaching and a preference for those entering special education. Recipients may attend any Title IV eligible college or university in the United States and must be enrolled at least half-time. Financial need is not a consideration, and the FAFSA is not required. The scholarship is awarded through a competitive process and may be renewed annually for up to four years. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
