BMW Hope Scholarship, with an application deadline in February, offers one award in the amount of $750. Restricted to those with financial need.

Description

The BMW Hope Endowment was established by Flora Burns, in memory of Bill Burns. Funds from the sale of his BMW motorcycle were used to establish this endowment. The scholarship will be awarded to students who have been diagnosed with Epilepsy. This requirement was included in the criteria because Bill's son, Paul, has epilepsy. Applicants must submit a reference letter from their attending physician stating that they have epilepsy. Applicants must have at least a minimum 3.00 GPA, maximum 4.00 GPA. Recipients will be selected based on service, leadership, financial need and scholastic ability.
