Description

The Bunny M. Connors Memorial Scholarship was established in memory of Bunny M. Connors, a career respiratory therapist at several hospitals in Massachusetts, who later chose to pursue her lifelong dream of flying. The scholarship will be awarded to a WAI member pursuing a private pilot certificate or instrument rating. Flight training must be completed within 12 months of receiving the scholarship. Applicants must be a current member of Women in Aviation International by October 1, 2024, and their membership must not expire before March 2025. Two professional letters of recommendation are required. Letters may not be from family members.
