Caste Action Alliance Scholarship Fund, with an application deadline in March, offers numerous awards that vary in amount. Restricted to those with financial need.

Description

The Caste Action Alliance Scholarship Fund gives priority to Black, African American, and Black or mixed race students. Applicants must also be a descendant of enslavement. Applicants must be the descendant of an enslaved person in America. Documented evidence of ancestors' enslavement is not required. Oral family history of ancestors' enslavement is sufficient. Applicants will be asked to share what they know about their family history regarding enslavement. Applicants must also be a resident and/or student anywhere in the United States.
