Description

The Conway/Proetz Scholarships in Art awards up to one full-tuition scholarship and up to five $10,000 scholarships. This award recognizes superior artistic and academic performance. Washington University's College of Art offers the Conway Scholarship or Proetz Scholarship, in alternate years, to an entering first-year student. Finalists are notified by the end of February. Finalists must attend the virtual interview to remain eligible for the award. Applicants must submit a digital portfolio consisting of 10-20 pieces of recent work, such as drawings, two- and three-dimensional pieces including sculpture and architecture, paintings, photographs, illustrations, videos, storyboards, websites, fashion design, or other types of relevant work in art or design.
