Eligibility

CSS Dharm V. Singh Carcinogenesis Graduate Student Endowment Award, with an application deadline in January, offers numerous awards of $750 each.

Description

The Carcinogenesis Specialty Section (CSS) encourages graduate students to submit their abstracts for competition for best abstract awards. While student abstracts may be submitted for multiple SOT awards, the CSS student awards will not be given to a student receiving another award for the same abstract. Applicants must be a graduate student. Their work must be related to the field of carcinogenesis. Applicants must not have received a First-Place award from CSS within the last 3 years. Applicants do not need to be CSS members to be eligible for this award. Applicants must submit a copy of their SOT research abstract, a copy of their current CV, and a letter of recommendation from the student's major advisor. Please visit the award's website or contact the Society of Toxicology for more information.
