Delta Air Lines Pilot Scholarship, with an application deadline in October, offers numerous awards of $5000 each.

Description

The Delta Air Lines Pilot Scholarship is intended for women seeking advancement in professional aviation development toward a career as a professional airline pilot. Delta Air Lines will award a scholarship to a WAI member currently working toward their instrument, commercial, CFI, CFII, MEI, and primary certificates. The scholarship recipient will receive a trip to the WAI2024 conference in Orlando (includes round trip airfare, hotel accommodations, and conference fee). The training must be completed within a year. Applicants must be a current member of Women in Aviation International by October 1, 2024, and their membership must not expire before March 2025. Two professional letters of recommendation are required. Letters may not be from family members.
