Description

The DREAM - Former Foster Youth Scholarship provides financial support to students with foster care backgrounds who meet one of several eligibility pathways, including Chafee Grant qualification, adoption between ages 14 and 16, or continued enrollment beyond age 23 as a former Chafee recipient. Designed to promote educational access for underserved youth, the scholarship requires at least half-time enrollment and demonstrated financial need through FAFSA. Renewable annually for up to four years. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
