Ph.D. (or other terminal degree) is required. Applicants must be mid-career academics or senior academics. The Chair is available to applicants who are full or associate professors in Business and Economics. Candidates should have a prominent record of scholarly accomplishment. Additionally, candidates in all Fulbright programs are reviewed on the project's contribution to the objectives of the Fulbright Program, as well as on the adaptability and suitability of the candidate to act as a Fulbright ambassador for the U.S. in Finland. Applicants are required to submit a letter of invitation from Hanken. Before applying, the applicant must contact the Scholarship Liaison Officer to facilitate the internal process at Hanken. There is no language requirement, English is sufficient. However, feasibility of conducting the project must be demonstrated in the project statement. The application also requires two recommendations. Please visit the award's website or contact the Council for International Exchange of Scholars for more information.
