Eligibility

FW Family Scholarship Fund, with an application deadline in March, offers 2 awards of $4000 each. Location restrictions exist. Restricted to those with financial need.

Description

The FW Family Scholarship Fund will be awarded to first-year students attending Monterey Peninsula College or Hartnell. They must be students of color. Students must be planning to transfer after two years to attend a four-year college or university to obtain a degree in Engineering (such Industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, etc.), Applied Sciences or Computer Science. Candidates may apply for a second year of funding. Please visit the scholarship's website or contact the Community Foundation for Monterey County for more information.
