Description

The Ginger Fikes Memorial Scholarship was established for graduating Center Point High School students in memory of Ginger Fikes, who was killed by a drunk driver just prior to her senior year in high school. The applicant should be actively involved in extracurricular activities and community service, and have achieved better-than-average grades. Selection would be based on academic performance, extracurricular activities and community service, the content of the essay submitted, and financial need. The recipient must be accepted full-time in an accredited college or university prior to the award decision. The scholarship award will be forfeited if not accepted by December 31st of the award year. Please visit the award's website for more information.
