Individual Contributions Scholarship, with an application deadline in April, offers numerous awards that vary in amount. Restricted to those with financial need.

Description

The Individual Contributions Scholarship may be awarded to Navy, Marine Corps, or Coast Guard personnel, their spouses and dependent biological, step or adoptive children, grandchildren or great-grandchildren. This scholarship will be awarded to Non-FRA members. Applicants must be attending an institution located in the U.S. and not have received or will not be receiving scholarships, awards, or grants that fully pay tuition for the Fall 2025 semester. Students may provide their SAT/ACT scores, if applicable. On a separate sheet of paper, applicants must list their extracurricular school and community activities, and awards. If they have no extracurricular activities or awards, they must insert a page stating that. All applicants must submit two recommendations, one academic and one community. The applicant's sponsor must be living. Applicants must attach a copy of DD-214 (if veteran) or a voided copy of front and back of current military ID card (if active duty, reserve, or retired).
