Description

The James and Mary O'Gara Scholarship Fund is open to graduating seniors of Portland School District 1J high schools. Students may attend any 2- or 4-year public or private nonprofit Title IV postsecondary school in Oregon. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
