Description

The Jo Douglass Nursing Scholarship Fund was established in 2023 by Lima Kokua to provide scholarships for students pursuing a higher education. The donor requires the applicants to be a resident of Kauai; and pursue an associate's or bachelor's degree in Nursing. Preferences, in order of priority, will be given to (1) recipients who were awarded in the immediate prior year if such recipient continues to meet the eligibility requirements and is in good academic standing; (2) students seeking a degree in LPN or RN at the Kauai Community College; (3) students attending colleges in Hawaii; (4) and students attending colleges out of state.
