KAPE Star Student-Teacher Mentor Scholarship, with an application deadline in October, offers 2 awards of $500 each.

Description

The KAPE Star Student-Teacher Mentor Scholarship worth $500 will be awarded to graduating seniors who are sponsored by a KAPE member. Each applicant should have plans to further their education in a program, including vocational or technical schools, leading to a two or four-year certification or degree program. Furthermore, $250 will be awarded to the nominating KAPE mentor of the selected student(s) for educational purposes. Two letters of recommendations are required, one must be from the sponsoring KAPE member and one must be from a high school teacher or administrator. The Spring scholarship applications are due by March 15 and the Fall scholarship applications are due by October 15. Please visit the scholarship's website for more information.
