Description

The Kerdragon Scholarship is open to high school graduates, including GED recipients, who have not yet attended college and plan to major in fine arts, graphic arts, or photography; semifinalists will be asked to submit images of five pieces of art created within the past four years or video/film work, and applicants should only apply if they have an appropriate portfolio for submission, detailed instructions will be emailed to semifinalists, and materials should not be sent to OSAC. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
