Description

The Longwood Servers Scholarship Fund was established by the Residents of Longwood at The Pittsburgh Foundation to provide scholarships for dining room servers, dietary aides and utility workers at Longwood at Oakmont (Verona, PA) attending or planning to attend an accredited college or technical school (traditional and non-traditional students). Applicants may be a graduating high school senior or an undergraduate student in an institution of higher education. GED holders may apply. Applicants must be an employee of Longwood at Oakmont (Verona PA) with at least 300 hours of service as a dining room server; dietary aide; or utility worker. Financial need is considered but not required. This award is not renewable, but applicants may reapply each year they meet the eligibility criteria.
