Description

The Maurice and Gladys Hallmark Scholarship is available to graduates of Douglas County high schools who are not current high school seniors. Applicants should demonstrate involvement in community service activities. The scholarship can be used at public or nonprofit colleges and universities in Oregon, California, Idaho, and Washington. FAFSA is not required, as the scholarship is not based on financial need. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
