MdNect Medical Resident Scholarship, with an application deadline in December, offers 3 awards of $1500 each.

Description

Each year, MdNect will award scholarships to internal medicine residents. The MdNect Medical Resident Scholarship is intended to help medical residents achieve success during their residency training by alleviating some of their financial burden. Applicants must be an Internal Medicine resident in a USA accredited Internal Medicine residency program. They must have passed all USMLE exams from the 1st attempt. It is optional but applicants may submit their In service exam score. It is optional but applicants may also submit two letters of recommendation. Applicants must not be a previous winner of the MdNect Medical Student Scholarship or MdNect Foreign Medical Graduate Scholarship. Two checks will be delivered to the applicant's address in the application. The winner will receive 50 percent of the fund once announced as a winner and then will receive the second 50 percent of the Fund in six months. Winners must remain enrolled in the residency program at the time of second check due date, except for the successfully graduated medical residents.
