NCJW-LA Women's Empowerment Scholarship, with an application deadline in April, offers numerous awards of $1000 each. Location restrictions exist. Restricted to those with financial need.

Description

The Women's Empowerment Scholarship will be awarded to re-entering or continuing students who want to learn a marketable skill that will lead to economic self-sufficiency. The applicant must identify as a woman and be 25 years of age or older. Two letters of recommendation are required. One must be academic, and the second may be academic or professional.
