Description

Oberlin will award a renewable $10,000 Oberlin Commitment Scholarship to all students who enroll in the College of Arts and Sciences and/or the Conservatory of Music. All students - domestic, international, transfer - will benefit from this scholarship, which is renewable each year at Oberlin. Oberlin meets 100 percent of demonstrated financial need for all admitted students, and all admitted students, regardless of financial need, will be considered for additional merit scholarships. So in many cases, the Oberlin Commitment Scholarship will be part of a larger need- and/or merit-based package that will be calculated once a student has been admitted. Oberlin College reviews all admitted students for merit scholarships automatically. There is no separate application required to be considered. Students may apply for admission to either the College of Arts and Sciences and Conservatory of Music; each has different requirements to be admitted. The College of Arts and Sciences' regular admission deadline is January 15, and the Conservatory of Music's regular admission deadline is December 1. Please visit the institution's website for more information about the scholarship, admission application, requirements, and deadlines.
