Description

The Oregon Scholarship Fund - Transfer Student Award Programs support community college students in Oregon who are completing their second year and plan to transfer to a four-year public or nonprofit institution within the state. Designed to ease the financial transition into upper-division study, the scholarship requires at least half-time enrollment and demonstrated financial need through FAFSA. Awards are renewable for continued eligibility, helping students complete their bachelor's degrees with sustained support. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
