Outstanding Contribution to ANNA Award, with an application deadline in November, offers one award in the amount of $2000.

Description

The Outstanding Contribution to ANNA Award aims to recognize one nephrology nurse who has made outstanding contributions to the goals of ANNA. Candidates for the award will be nominated. Nominees must be a current full member of ANNA, and have been a member for a minimum of the last 2 years as of the awards application deadline. Nominees must also be actively involved in nephrology nursing related health care services. They must have active participation in ANNA as a full member at local and/or national level. Nominees must demonstrate significant contribution to the growth and effective functioning of ANNA and nephrology nursing; and have participated in successful resolution of complex or difficult issues of ANNA. Nominees may have served as any officer for the organization except as President within the past 5 years dating from the National Symposium at which the presidency was assumed.
