Description

The Pence Contractors Diversity in Leadership Scholarship will be awarded to support underrepresented students in pursuing a degree in construction engineering management in Oregon or aspiring to careers in that field. Applicants must identify as a person of color and/or female. Applicants must also be an Oregon resident, with preference for Multnomah County residents.
