Description

The Ruby A. Brown Memorial Scholarship was established in 2003 by Mr. Carroll Brown to honor his wife and her twenty-five years as a public health nurse. The Ruby A. Brown Memorial Scholarship is for adult students studying nursing, with preference given to those who have served or hope to serve the community as a public health nurse. Former recipients may reapply each year. There is no minimum GPA to apply for the Ruby A. Brown Memorial Scholarship.
