Description

Section 702 provides Non-Resident Tuition Waivers for students admitted as 'Non-Idaho Resident' who have been found eligible for Chapter 30 Montgomery G.I.Bill, Chapter 31 Veterans Readiness & Employment, Chapter 33 Post 9/11 G.I.Bill Benefits, or CH 35 Survivors' and Dependents' Education Assistance benefits, and will be living in the same state where they will be attending school. Section 702 also applies to students admitted as 'Non-Idaho Resident' who are eligible family members utilizing transferred Chapter 33 Post 9/11 G.I.Bill Benefits or Marine Gunnery Sergeant John David Fry Scholarship benefits and will be living in the same state where they will be attending school.
