Sheridan High School Alumni Scholarship, with an application deadline in March, offers numerous awards that vary in amount. Location restrictions exist. Restricted to those with financial need.

Description

The Sheridan High School Alumni Scholarship is available to graduating seniors and GED recipients from Sheridan High School who reside in Polk or Yamhill County. Preference is given to students with a GPA of 3.20 or higher and those pursuing majors such as agriculture, forestry, horticulture, viticulture, or other fields that support living and working in the Sheridan area post-graduation. Eligible applicants must enroll at least half time at any Title IV-eligible college or university in the United States. Financial need is a consideration, and FAFSA or ORSAA filing is required. The scholarship is renewable annually for up to four years with a complete reapplication each year. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
