Description

The Assured Scholarships are awarded to students based on their academic credentials. Students must submit an admission application, high school transcript, and official SAT or ACT scores to be eligible for these awards. These scholarships are guaranteed to all qualified residents and nonresidents (including international students) provided they are admitted to Texas State as first-time incoming freshmen and transfers with less than 15 transfer hours and meet the minimum scholarship qualifications prior to their first semester (fall or spring). The President's Honor Scholarship is under the Assured Scholarships. This award is available to the Top 25 percent of the graduating class or IB diploma, or AP Capstone Diploma. Applicants must have a minimum SAT score of 1420 or above or a minimum ACT score of 32 or above. The admission application deadline for the Fall semester is December 1 (priority)/ July 15 (final), and the deadline for the Spring semester is November 15.
