Description

The Kulpa Care Access Program is designed to provide short-term financial assistance for healthcare expenses to individuals and families facing unexpected medical costs. This initiative seeks to prevent financial distress and ensure uninterrupted access to necessary medical treatments without the burden of immediate out-of-pocket expenses. Recipients will be selected based on financial need, severity of medical condition, and lack of adequate insurance coverage. Applicants may submit an optional supplement to their application by providing a brief video explaining how this scholarship would impact them.
