Whiston/Yager Scholarship Fund, with an application deadline in April, offers numerous awards of $4000 each. Location restrictions exist. Restricted to those with financial need.

Description

The Whiston/Yager Scholarship Fund aims to assist students attending or have attended Monroe City High School in Monroe City, MO who are pursuing a higher education. Applicants may be high school seniors with a 2.5 cumulative GPA, or college students with a cumulative GPA (in college coursework) of 2.0 or higher. This scholarship is renewable for up to 4 years, with one payment made per year in the fall semester. Community service, extracurricular involvement and financial need will be assessed when reviewing applications.
