The RDW Group Communications Scholarship will be awarded to students studying communications at the undergraduate or graduate level. Past recipients may reapply. Please visit the scholarship's website or contact the Rhode Island Foundation for more information.

The Inez Y. Kaiser GKC-PRSA Memorial Scholarship Fund will be awarded to Black college students nationwide who demonstrate the same character and skills as Inez Kaiser. Dr. Kaiser has a national legacy of leadership, public relations excellence, diversity within the communications field and community volunteerism. Applicants must be juniors or first semester seniors registered and enrolled in a public relations or communications curricular program at an accredited college or university nationwide. Applications will be qualitatively scored with points awarded according to the applicant's leadership and commitment to public relations excellence and volunteerism, which were hallmarks of Inez Kaiser's legacy. One additional scoring point to applicants who are PRSSA members. One additional point to applicants who serve in PRSSA chapter leadership roles. One additional to residents of Kansas or Missouri. Please note, anyone can apply for this scholarship, living in Kansas or Missouri is not a requirement to be considered. Applicants must submit a reference from an academic or professional advisor. Applicants must also submit a minimum of two but no more than five student work samples, which includes the applicant's role, if it is a group project (content posts, social media campaigns, press releases, research documents, etc.). The Loyola University New Orleans College of Music and Media Scholarships are available to students who are interested in applying to the College of Music and Media. The students must indicate their preferred academic major on their Loyola application. Students are required to submit their portfolios and do auditions and interviews. Upon successful completion of these requirements, students will be evaluated for their academic and artistic achievements and, if eligible, will receive one combined scholarship award with their admission letter. The Dairy Shrine McCullough Freshman Communications Scholarship is awarded annually in memory of Marshall McCullough, a widely known Georgia nutrition researcher and educator. This scholarship is available to any student in a four-year college or university with a commitment to major in Dairy/Animal Science with a Communications emphasis or Agricultural Journalism with a Dairy/Animal Science emphasis. The applicant must be planning on a career in dairy communications or journalism. The scholarship is based on communication abilities, student activities, academic ability and future plans. Students can receive the McCullough scholarship only once. Applicants must submit one letter of recommendation from a faculty member who is familiar with the applicant's activities and academic achievements. This scholarship is for students pursuing a Journalism degree at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communications. Applicants must be pursuing Communications, Journalism, or Sports Journalism or Broadcasting. Please visit the scholarship's website or contact the Arizona Community Foundation for more information.

The Bonner McLane Scholarship will be awarded to students enrolled in fully-accredited programs that emphasize radio or TV broadcasting or communications. Applicants must submit either a certificate of enrollment or a letter from a department head that states that the applicant has a reasonable chance of successfully completing the course of instruction. They must also submit examples of their work, if applicable. Applicants must submit letters of recommendation, combined into one PDF document. A minimum of three letters of recommendation from college professors, broadcasters or other business people not related to the applicant is required. The Belo Scholarship will be awarded to students enrolled in fully-accredited programs that emphasize radio or TV broadcasting or communications.
