Description

AIGA believes all students deserve access to design education. The AIGA Worldstudio DxD Scholarships aim to increase diversity in the design profession by creating equitable opportunities for the next generation of creative talent. Scholarships are awarded annually to students enrolled at colleges and universities in the U.S. who demonstrate a commitment to positive social change, environmental responsibility, and cultural awareness through the practice of visual communication, including photography, illustration or graphic design. Applicants must be pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in an eligible discipline, with the intention of pursuing that discipline as a career, at accredited colleges and universities in the United States for the Fall 2025 or Spring 2026 academic school year with the intention of maintaining full-time status for the entire year. Eligible disciplines include Communication design (includes: graphic and visual design, interaction design, game design); Illustration (includes: animation and computer animation); and Photography. Students must be citizens of the United States or possess a Green Card. If applicants do not yet know which school they will attend, they must put their first choice. Talent and financial need are significant factors in the review process. Please visit the scholarship's website for more information.
