ASEV Presidents' Award for Scholarship in Enology and Viticulture, with an application deadline in March, offers 2 awards of $12500 each.

Description

The ASEV Presidents' Award for Scholarship in Enology and Viticulture will be awarded to two students that exceed the expectations of our traditional scholarship program. One scholarship in enology and one in viticulture will be awarded. Applicants must be current ASEV student members who must be enrolled in or accepted into an accredited four-year college or university in North America (Canada, Mexico, or USA) in a degree program such as for a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral (thesis or professional). The applicant must also reside in North America during the applicable academic year. Applicants must be accepted and/or enrolled in a major, or in a graduate group, emphasizing enology or viticulture, or in a curriculum emphasizing a science basic to the wine and grape industry. Three current letters of recommendation must be submitted. At least one letter should be from an academic advisor and/or a recent instructor.
