Bank of the Sierra Scholarship Program, with an application deadline in April, offers 14 awards of $2000 each. Location restrictions exist. Restricted to those with financial need.

Description

Bank of the Sierra is committed to supporting economically-challenged young adults residing in its business service territories to fulfill their dreams of obtaining a higher education. The Bank of the Sierra Scholarship will be awarded to high school seniors planning to attend a US-accredited institution in the Fall of 2025. If selected, students must provide a college acceptance letter for verification. Applicants must also have a household income at or below the Low to Moderate Income Level. If selected, students must provide their tax return for verification. This scholarship is open to all majors and there is no ethnicity requirement. Employees of Bank of the Sierra and their immediate family members are not eligible to apply. A recommendation from a community service advisor is required.
