Description

The Captain John E. Mullins Memorial Scholarship sponsored by Chapter #9, Vietnam Veterans of America is awarded to cadets pursuing undergraduate education. Applicants must be a MIWG cadet. Academic Scholarship applicants must have earned a Billy Mitchell Award or higher before applying. They must be a high school senior, high school graduate, or hold a GED; and must be accepted to a college or school, or provide proof that an application has been made. Applicants must attend a post-secondary school or college and must be enrolled in a course of study during the academic year for which the scholarship is awarded. They must submit at least one but not more than three letters of recommendation written by someone who is familiar with the cadets' accomplishments in CAP. Applicants must also submit a resume detailing any academic, community or CAP activities not addressed on previous tabs of the application.
