Description

The Carl and Lerlene Hamilton Oehler Memorial Scholarship awards $1,000 to a graduating senior from Harper High School who ranks in the top quartile of their class. Selection is based on academic performance, extracurricular involvement, and financial need. Recipients must be accepted full-time into an accredited public or private college or university by December 31 of the award year. The scholarship may be renewed for up to three consecutive years with submission of a transcript and a letter confirming continued need and eligibility.
