The Catherine and Eugene M. Pitard Jr. Endowed Scholarship was established by Joseph R. Pitard to honor the memory of his parents, Catherine and Eugene M. Pitard Jr. Priority of consideration is given to deserving students enrolled at The University of Alabama who are graduates of The Donoho School in Anniston, Alabama. Second priority of consideration is given to deserving students who are graduates of Mountain Brook High School in Mountain Brook, Alabama. The third priority of consideration is given to students who are graduates from any high school in Calhoun County, Alabama, or Jefferson County, Alabama. Fourth priority of consideration is given to students who are graduates from any high school in the state of Alabama.
