Description

The Class of 1946 Charleston High School Scholarship will be awarded to students in any college or university, but preference will be given to students attending a school in West Virginia. Applicants must be graduating seniors of Capital High School. Applicants must submit their most recent grades. They do not have to be the official transcripts.
