Established to support students who embody these values, the scholarship seeks to recognize and assist those who exhibit exceptional commitment to both their academic and personal growth. By providing a scholarship, it aims to alleviate financial barriers and empower a Wyoming student who demonstrates significant need and a strong motivation to pursue higher education. Applicants must be a high school senior or between the ages of 18 and 22. Students must use the scholarship at one of the state's seven community colleges or the University of Wyoming. Please visit the scholarship's website for more information.
