Elekta Radiation Therapy Scholarship, with an application deadline in January, offers numerous awards of $5000 each.

Description

The Elekta Radiation Therapy Scholarship was established to help the best and brightest students afford their radiation therapy programs. In recognition of the importance of improving diversity, inclusion, and representation in the healthcare industry, at least two of these scholarships will be awarded to Black students. Applicants for the ASRT Foundation scholarships must finish their certificate or degree program after September 1 of the year in which scholarship applications are due. For entry-level scholarships only, applicants must be enrolled in an accredited radiologic science program with at least one semester of radiologic studies (not prerequisites) completed with a minimum program GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, and be an ASRT member in good standing. All applicants also will be required to report their adjusted gross income, number of household members and children in college, cost of attendance of current educational program, and non-repayable educational assistance.
