Description

The proud tradition of awarding scholarships to college and university students was begun in 1982. The Federated Garden Clubs of Connecticut Scholarships will be awarded to students in any certified college or university who are majoring in one of the following fields: Agronomy, Botany, City Planning, Conservation, Environmental Studies, Floriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, Land Management, Landscape Design, Plant Pathology, or allied subject. Three letters of recommendation required from the applicants. Letters should include discussion of the following: Scholastic ability, Character references, and Work-related experience.
