Gamma Mu Sisters Legacy Scholarship, with an application deadline in March, offers numerous awards of $1775 each.

Description

The Gamma Mu/University of Maryland Scholarship is awarded to a collegian member of Gamma Mu pursuing an undergraduate degree during the academic year of the award. If no applicant meets this criterion, the scholarship may be awarded to a senior collegian or alumna of Gamma Mu pursuing graduate study. If still unfilled, preference extends to any member, collegian or alumna, with a permanent Maryland address pursuing undergraduate or graduate education. As a final tier, the award may be granted to any eligible member of the Fraternity pursuing higher education. In the event that Gamma Mu is disestablished, these criteria remain in effect until the chapter is reestablished. To be eligible for Theta Foundation scholarships, you must be a college or alumna member of Kappa Alpha Theta in good standing with the Fraternity.
