Description

The Glenn and Dorothy Schnieber Scholarship was established in 2021 by their family to help recipients in Nebraska achieve their educational goals. Applicants must be a current graduating senior, GED, or homeschooled graduating senior from Lancaster County, Nebraska with a preference towards Lincoln High School graduates. Applicants must plan to attend an accredited two-year or four-year university or college in Nebraska, with preference for those attending University of Nebraska-Lincoln or Southeast Community College. There is further preference for those pursuing a degree in business, computer science, or engineering-related field of study. Applicants must have participated in community service, extracurricular activities, or were employed part-time. Applicants must also demonstrate high character and a strong desire to learn.
