Description

The Inspired to Serve Scholarship Fund in Memory of Seigo and Hisaye Kagawa was created in 2016 to support a Kauai resident in graduate studies focused on social justice, public or human service, education or health. The donor requires applicants to be a resident of the island of Kauai. Applicants must pursue a master's degree program or doctoral studies and attend a college or university in Hawaii or on the US mainland. Preference will be given to students who intend to be employed on Kauai or in the State of Hawaii.
