Description

The J. D. Boone Endowed Scholarship in Geology is available to undergraduate students majoring in Geology in the Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences. Students must be at junior rank, have at least two semesters of undergraduate coursework remaining before graduation, have demonstrated a genuine interest in the field of geology, and have demonstrated a high level of scholastic ability in the general spectrum of coursework leading to the undergraduate degree in geology. Preference is given to the one who has an overall GPA equal to or greater than 3.0.
