Description

A Past Grand Prytanis of the Fraternity and past chairman of the TKE Foundation, John A. Courson was initiated a Teke at Alpha-Epsilon Chapter at Monmouth College, Illinois. He received the Order of the Golden Eagle in 1989 and is a Life Loyal Teke. The John A. Courson Scholarship is a distinguished scholastic award and is the highest academic honor awarded to a Teke. This award is given in recognition of academic achievement to a member and recognizes outstanding leadership, as demonstrated by activities and accomplishments within the chapter, on campus and in the community. All of the TKE Foundation leadership and scholarship awards are for the benefit of active collegiate members of Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity, as of March 15, as defined by The Black Book Article VI Section 2 unless otherwise specified.
