Applicants must demonstrate financial need by filing the FAFSA or ORSAA, which is required for consideration. The scholarship is awarded through an annual competitive process and may be received for a maximum of four years. Non-Oregon residents who do not list an Oregon institution on their FAFSA must upload pages 1 and 2 of their FAFSA Submission Summary to be considered. February 15 is the early bird deadline and March 1 is the final deadline for all applications and materials to be submitted to OSAC.
