Description

This Juliette M. Atherton Scholarship will be awarded for undergraduate studies of children of Protestant ministers. Applicants must be an undergraduate student. At least one parent of the applicant must reside in Hawai'i, has attended seminary, and is an ordained and practicing Protestant minister. The applicant must provide the minister's current position, minister's church/parish name, minister's denomination and date and place of ordination, and name of seminary attended. Preference will be given to applicants who demonstrate financial need and students who are full-time students. Preference will also be given to students who maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.7 or higher. Preference is for recipients who were awarded in the immediate prior year.
